Founders Rate: $150 per month
Initial Assessment & Strategy Fee: $100 one-time fee
The $100 Initial Assessment & Strategy Fee is paid first and covers the intake review, two assessment calls, goal review, nutrition habit review, 24-hour food recall, food frequency review, Six Factors to Fit quiz, virtual movement screening, baseline assessment planning, and initial coaching strategy.
Your first $150 monthly coaching payment is due before your program is released and before your Program Kickoff Call.
Founders Rate Duration: Your $150/month Founders rate is locked in for your first 3 months of active coaching. Billing is monthly and does not need to be paid all at once.
What’s included: You receive everything listed on my Pricing & Program page, just at a discounted monthly rate.
Feedback: Honest feedback is appreciated during the first 6–12 weeks as I continue improving the Fit by Faith coaching experience. A short written or voice testimonial may be requested, but testimonials are only published with permission.
Spots: Limited to 5 Founders spots and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation: Cancel with 7-day notice before your next billing date. No refunds for completed coaching time; exceptions handled case-by-case.
In-person: Available for an additional travel/location fee; virtual coaching is standard.

Why is the price discounted? It’s a launch Founder’s rate while I build client experience and collect feedback. You get full coaching at a reduced price in exchange for honest feedback and a short testimonial.
