Nutrition Coaching and Safe Scope:
Estimated daily calorie targets calculated from your personal data (BMR + activity) and explained so you understand the “why.”
Macronutrient guidance presented as ranges and habit‑based targets (e.g., protein goal, carb window) rather than prescriptive meal plans.
Behavioral nutrition coaching focused on sustainable habits, portion awareness, and meal structure that fits your life — evidence-based and client-centered.
Medical safety: I do not provide medical nutrition therapy or represent myself as a licensed dietitian. Clients with medical conditions or complex needs are referred to a registered dietitian or physician.
Personalized Training Plan: Workouts tailored to your fitness level, equipment access, and goals with ongoing progressions and updates to prevent stalls.
Weekly Virtual Session: 45‑minute full‑body training plus 15 minutes of form review and plan coaching tied directly to your program.

Monthly Progress Review: 30‑minute call to review nutrition, training, and strategy; adjust targets and next steps.
